YardcraftPrivacy Policy
Effective 17 October 2026. Developer: MVision Digital. Contact: neuceptionsolutions@gmail.com
Yardcraft lets you redesign the yard in a photo of your home. This policy explains what information the app uses, why, and the choices you have. We do not sell your information and we do not show ads.
Photos you choose
When you pick or take a photo, Yardcraft sends a reduced copy to our servers so AI can find your house (to keep it unchanged), draw the yard design you asked for, check the result for errors, and list the plants in it. Fitting the design back onto your photo happens on your phone.
Photos are processed only to give you the result. We do not keep them on our servers after the result is returned, and we do not use them to train AI models. Processing is done by our AI infrastructure provider, Replicate, acting on our behalf with the AI models it hosts. Designs you save go to your own phone's photo library and stay under your control.
ZIP code (optional)
If you enter a US ZIP code to check plant hardiness, it is sent to our server, which looks up the USDA hardiness zone using a public zone-lookup service. We do not store your ZIP code on our servers; the app remembers it and the zone on your phone so you don't have to enter them again.
An anonymous app identifier
The app creates an anonymous account (through Google Firebase Authentication) the first time you use it. It has no name, email or password attached. We use it to count how many designs you have made, to apply a daily usage limit that prevents abuse, and to link any purchase to your installation.
App integrity checks
To stop misuse of our servers, the app uses Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity. This lets our servers confirm a request comes from a genuine copy of Yardcraft. It does not give us your personal information.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Google Play. We use RevenueCat to confirm whether you have an active Yardcraft Pro purchase. We receive purchase status (for example, product and expiry date), never your payment card details.
What we store
- Your anonymous identifier
- Counters: designs made, daily requests, and whether Pro is active
- Purchase status from Google Play and RevenueCat
This information is stored by Google Cloud (Firebase) and is encrypted in transit. We keep it while you use the app and delete it on request.
What we do not collect
No name, email, phone number, contacts, location from your device, advertising ID, or browsing history. Yardcraft contains no advertising and no third-party analytics.
Your choices
You can delete the app at any time. To have your stored information deleted, follow the steps on our data deletion page. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play.
Children
Yardcraft is meant for adults planning work on their home and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the effective date above.
