These terms apply when you use the Yardcraft app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Yardcraft does
Yardcraft redesigns the yard in a photo of your home with AI and suggests plants for the design. Designs are previews to help you plan. Real plants, materials and results can differ in size, color, growth, cost and suitability for your site. Check plants, spacing, utilities, permits and local rules with a nursery, landscaper or your local authority before you buy or build.
Your photos
Only use photos you took or have the right to use. You keep all rights to your photos and to the designs you create. You give us permission to process your photos only to produce the results you asked for, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Fair use
Do not use Yardcraft to break the law, to create misleading images of property you do not own in order to deceive others, or to overload, reverse engineer or misuse our servers. We apply daily limits to prevent abuse and may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Free use and Yardcraft Pro
Each installation includes a small number of free AI designs. Yardcraft Pro adds more AI designs and saving without the watermark, and is sold through Google Play:
- Project Pass: one payment for 30 days of Pro, including 60 AI designs. It does not renew.
- Yearly: includes 20 AI designs every calendar month; unused designs do not carry over. Billed once a year and renews automatically until you cancel. If a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
An AI design is one redesigned picture of your yard. If the AI fails to return a design, it is not counted. Plant lists, comparing, saving and sharing are not limited.
You can cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may change for future periods with notice from Google Play. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies.
AI results and plant suggestions
Designs and plant lists are generated automatically and can contain mistakes, such as plants that are hard to find, wrongly identified, unsuited to your climate, soil or light, or harmful to pets or people. They are for personal planning and inspiration and are not professional landscaping, horticultural, engineering or safety advice. Always confirm plant choices, toxicity and invasiveness with a local expert.
Our app
The Yardcraft app, its design and its content (other than your photos) belong to MVision Digital. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial planning. We may update, change or stop features of the app at any time.
No warranty
Yardcraft is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the app will be error-free or always available, or that results will match real gardens.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MVision Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the cost of plants, materials or labour chosen with the help of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Yardcraft Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
